SpringHill Suites Cleveland Solon selected LRP Contractors to support a guest room renovation involving the removal of 96 queen mattress sets and 71 king mattress sets. In total, our team removed 167 complete mattress sets from the property.
LRP Contractors coordinated the removal, loading and transportation process around the hotel’s renovation schedule. Careful planning and communication helped keep the project moving while limiting disruptions to hotel operations, renovation crews and guests.
After leaving the property, the mattresses and box springs were directed to appropriate processing facilities. Recoverable materials such as steel, foam, fabric and wood were separated from the waste stream and prepared for recycling.
